Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

We needed a room on the ground floor at short notice as I am currently on crutches, they were so helpful and nice and we got a lovely disabled friendly studio. Everything was new, very clean, large and cosy. I can't thank everyone enough. There is also a good restaurant in the building, which we really enjoyed.

Our plane was delayed and the staff were very accommodating about a late check for us. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The furnishings were very clean and tidy, not tatty and old. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a lovely little outdoor sitting area which was private and sunny.
