Quiet location near the city, safe parking for our motorbike in the yard. The hostess is very helpful and willing to help with everything, even with situations that do not concern her accommodation. She prepares great coffee and breakfast every morning. Recommendation for bikers!!!!

If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

We were lucky to find this property in August. We stayed only one night, is not far from the highway and close to the city. Eli, the owner was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was great too.

Outstanding place to stay. Very calm, very pleasant with awesome views to the mountain and forest around the property. The host is so helpful, provided us a map with the points of interest and told us what were the most beautiful places to visit around. If you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is it. The room has a refrigerator, microwave and some kitchenware so it's easy to grab food from supermarket and eat in the room.

The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

Luis is a great guy and takes super good care of you. You wake up and breakfast is there which you then have on a giant balcony with a breathtaking view over San Sebastian. Of course it's a bit off the beaten track, but you should know that before you book it. Taxis take 15-20 minutes to the old town and cost about 15€. You can also walk up a steep hill for 20 minutes and take a bus into town. Rooms are very comfortable and have a good size.
