The property features city views, and is 4.9 km from Island of Spargi. The guest house has family rooms. Ultra modern style throughout. Very comfortable bed. Cozy balcony to have an evening glass of wine, dinner and morning coffee. Excellent location and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Perfectly located, clean, spacious studio 5 minutes walk from the center of La Maddalena. The kitchennete is small but super practical and well equipped. We loved the terrace and to our positive surprise, there is even a shared bbq in the garden. Bed is comfortable and spacious and the parking in the premises was the best. Thank you Ana for taking care of us and the fantastic stay!

Most importantly, Stefano (the owner) gave spectacularly good help. First, he came and guided us to find a parking spot (parking in the vicinity being controlled), helped with the complexities of the (italian language) parking meter and the drove us from our parked car to the apartment. He also explained the locations of important archeological sites and the related museum. His range of other local tourist information was comprehensive. Stefano and his apartment are treasures for a visit to Oristano - highly recommended.

If I go to Cagliari again ,I would definitely go back to Rosa's apartment.
