He is professional and exceeds our expectation by his approach and service. I will definitely come back in the future. The Hostel is in Gran Via and close to all the restaurants and shopping center.

Offering quiet street views, Alianza Suites is set in the Villaverde district of Madrid, 7.6 km from Atocha Train Station and 7.7 km from Reina Sofia Museum. I was not expecting it to be this good. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The room came with anything you would need and if not, the host would provide it for you. Our hosts were helpful every step of the way and made our stay so much easier. We were in a hard situation one night and even though it was really late, they did not hesitate to help us out. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
