The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

The owner of the place and her son are very kind, responsive, we truly enjoyed staying there. They sent us a lot of recommendations that were very useful. The place is super central, you can literally walk everywhere. The little kitchen is perfect to cook. We cannot wait to come back to Palermo and stay in that same place. I was travelling all over Sycilly and Malta and it was the only warm place during my trip. Gracie.
