It was private and clean. there was a heater which kept it warm and extra blankets if needed. The kitchen is available for use which we liked. Breakfast is tea/coffee, fruit and toast which is basic but all that we wanted also. ****Erica here is an absolute GEM, she knew I was feeling unwell and accompanied me to the A&E in the local hospital. she waited with me and helped translate everything. What a hero ❤️
