Mr. Kadowakikan was super friendly and helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the shuttle bus stop. He helped us order rental ski/snowboard equipment to the hotel. The hotel's own onsen was very clean and more comfortable than the town's free onsens.

Our 4 days here were a highlight of our 3-week Japan trip. The Tomii family were incredibly friendly and helpful with every request (tea, restaurant reservations, taking delivery of our skis in advance and storing them, etc.) and their meals (we had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner) were extraordinary - creative, locally-sourced, and copious. The facilities were very nice and the location is perfect a block from the center of town.

Yukiko and her team were super helpful and accommodating for us, helped us to book a taxi back to Iiyama and also helped book transfer of our luggage to Tokyo. The rooms are spacious and a close walk to the centre of town. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

This property is a gem. It is conveniently located with the bus stop just a few metres away, close walk to the town centre and within walking distance to the snow resort. This is especially important with luggage to tow. The room is very spacious, clean and the view from the window is breath taking. And most important of all, the staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. I would love to stay at this place again in the future.

Friendly staff, cosy common areas, nice spread of breakfast from rice with furikake and miso soup to apple pancakes and sausages. Went during apple season and they provided free apples every day at the common room. Glad that Toemu has an onsen bath to soak after a day of skiing.
