Although we could watch the sunset from our balcony, they had a rally nice public watching area which was perfect for our little family with a 2-year-old to hang out. The staff was very kind in considering we had a small child that they allowed us to check-in early with an upgraded room and then check-out very late as long as the next booker’s arrival would allow. We moved here from Oia to just soak in the view of the whole caldera with lesser people. It was such an enjoyable stay.

The best view and location, fantastic value in comparison to other hotels. Beautiful, clean room. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful and kind. I would recommend getting a quod bike so you can get to ether of the two towns quickly and cheaply. If you like peaceful but accessible this is the hotel for you. I would go back.

The staff was so friendly and amazing! Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning; along with dinner. The food was amazing! Staff were personable and super friendly. Maria at the front was so accomodating and always available. Alex, the server, was so kind and respectful. Tikas, the transportation (taxi), went above and beyond expectation. He took us to the most beautiful sights and took our photos as a family; basically went out of his way to make us feel important and cared for. Not only do they have a taxi service at the resort (extra charge) but you can book ahead of time! The view from the balcony and hot tub were breath taking; even got to watch the sunrise/moonrise every morning/night. Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this resort.
