We enjoyed the relaxing pool and liked the massage in room very much too (great therapist and so comfy to just book one hour in advance and get it in your room!!!). Staff was always amazing and willing to help. Definitely recommended if you’re in Sukhothai.

Located in Sukhothai, 7.7 miles from Sukhothai Historical Park, Baan Georges Hotel has air-conditioned accommodations and a terrace. The hotel is a beautiful colonial-style building. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and have private balconies. Also, the swimming pool is really nice. The staff was very friendly. I had messed up with my reservation but the owner was really understanding and helpful and fixed everything. I really appreciated that.

The pictures do not convey how gorgeous this hotel really is! Amazing amenities, friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful and well-maintained gardens, and an incredible big pool that looks super scenic at night are just some of the highlights that come to my mind. Every day the staff brought us some complimentary delicacies to our room, it was so lovely! There is a nice shop at the reception where I could buy local ceramics and fabrics. The staff were very responsive to our wishes and always treated us with respect and kindness while catering to our wishes. The breakfast was great! And the facial treatment in the spa is a definite recommend. The atmosphere of the hotel is overall very zen, and there is purposeful ambient lighting in all indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. In every little design element, I could see great love for details.

Very good facilities and beautiful and pleasant shared areas. Very friendly and helpful staff and provided us a lot of good information about the city and scenery spots in the city and nearby areas. Very good breakfast.

The gardens were lovely, the beds comfy. The staff was very helpful. We took a day just to relax, and do nothing! A great day

Sit on the banks of Mae Rampan Canal, Legendha Sukhothai Hotel is just steps to Wat Chang Lom (Ancient Elephant Temple) and 0.7 mi from Sukhothai Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Fantastic staff - really professional. The helped with arranging long distance transport. Spa really good - had a nagging back problem since a long flight and the GM of the spa fixed it - like a miracle. The food was very tasty. Beer and wine prices reasonable.

Located in Sukhothai, a 17-minute walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, Phiphu Art and Gallery Boutique Sukhothai has accommodations with free bikes and free private parking. This is the most amazing place to stay!!! It's a an art gallery, beautifully decorated with some very interesting pieces of art. The room was seriously big, comfortable, water and coffee provided. The location is superb!!! Only a short bike ride from the historical park. The bike was provided by my host and Loi Krathong was in full swing while I was there. What an amazing experience to be part of this festival among thousands of people celebrating! The bike was also nice to get away from the crowds every now and then and explore the surrounding area. The owners were absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond to messages in the booking.com app, which made communication very easy. Also handy as a translation app ;) Very helpful also with regards to my onward travels: urging me to get my bus ticket 3 days in advance (very sensible advise!) and even going out of their way when I could not find accommodation in my next location. They used their powers to find me one and even advanced the required down payment for me. Wow! All in all a great experience in a very special place during a very special time!

The rice field scenery is calm.

Located in Sukhothai, 7.6 miles from Sukhothai Historical Park, Jitra Resort has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. For the price, this is a good option. Its located near to the night street market, which we liked, but the town itself does not have a lot to offer in terms of eating and attractions. The historical area is 12km away, 20 mins in a tuktuk 150 baht..... so if you choose here, plan to spend most of your day in the historical part and eat around there too. We noted some of the rooms said cleanliness was not up to standard but our room was fine. There was discolouration on the tiles and wear and tear in the bathroom which may give the impression of looking unclean, but it was ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they found us a lovely tuktuk lady who we used to get us around. If you hire a bike, choose the bike hire on the corner before you enter the historical park, its 30baht. Inside the park they are 4 x the price
