The property was amazing. Room so comfortable and clean just like home. There was a pool and surprising big and clean and not crowded. The location of the property was more that convenient and walking distance to everything. Took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket which was amazing. Good restaurants and quaint town with shops. Loved this place.

That said, this was my second overnight stay — so I did know that place felt more like motel going in. Like first stay, I was just there to get on an early morning ferry, which is right next door, so proximity to ferry was deciding factor. But I would definitely not stay in this room again. Even for one night, the view of the harbor made a big difference.

The cleaners worked tirelessly all day fresh towels everyday. yes the rooms maybe a little dated but for the price well worth the money as some hotels are extortionate. Will definitely use again. Fresh coffee in reception was a nice touch.
