The room was very clean. We had heard that the Norvilla had a bit of a bad reputation for noise and uncleanliness, but we didn't find any of that during our stay. The staff were also very helpful. We would have no hesitancy in staying there again.

We reserved little last minute and was very late check-in with specific room request the front desk clerk (Michael B) made sure to send us a message saying that everything was ready to go and he had been able to accommodate my request which was awesome. Main area was clean and though it is a pet friendly motel they did a great job making sure it did not smell and it was clean/welcoming. Beds were pretty good and appliances worked well.
