It is motel like in the sense that you can park your car right outside your unit. The bed was comfortable and nicely made in the current style with white duvet. Towels good and toiletries fine. There is a microwave and fridge. Front desk staff efficient and friendly. The lobby was clean with snacks for sale and there is a breakfast area. Not fancy but still nice enough. The hotel called me just days before my arrival to say they were cancelling my reservation because I had a dog. The person who called claimed the hotel did not allow dogs. That was a lie - the hotel did allow dogs. Because of the cancellation at the last minute, I had to sleep in my car to attend the event at Ipperwash. I'm 72 years old with extreme arthritis. I'll never ever say anything good about Motel 6.

We had to book another room at another hotel in London for nearly $100 more. We will NEVER use booking.com or stay at a MOTEL 6 again... ever.
