Good location, spacious room, very clean. Nice little bakery (independent) on street level, adjacent to entrance, was great for breakfast. Large shower cubicle and easy water settings.

The best place ever during Easter holiday secure parking as it was packed during easter. Very convinient everything you will ever need is just around the corner the beautiful beach, cafes and other shops. The reception lady was a bonus as she was very helpful in every way and made our stay extra special. We are looking forward to spend our next holiday back at Lorne and stay at the very same property. The location was great and walking distance to the vibrant main road. Lorne itself is very beautiful and this motel is a great stop for a night.

The Coachman's Lodge is at the eastern end, it's a bit out of the main part of town but an easy walk. The place is really a motel on three floors. The ground floor rooms are right on the car park. There is a space for BBQ at the end, but not large and taken over by one family when we were there. Otherwise nowhere to sit outside. The a/C was effective when I found out how to work it.

The bathroom looked straight out of a sales brochure, big and immaculate.

We were down for the weekend for our anniversary and he upgraded our room to one with a terrace and a stunning view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. Adam suggested a few places to go and eat, like Ipsos and a good few things to do like Teddy lookout and Erskine falls. We highly recommend Lorne Bay View Motel.
