Come experience the Poconos from the unique lodging offered at “Castle Blackberry”, a spacious and relaxing 4-bed 2.5-bath home in a quiet Jim Thorpe neighborhood. Take the canoe and kayaks for a paddle at any of several area options. Ski the slopes at Big Boulder, hike the trails at Lehigh Gorge or Hickory run. In between adventures, relax on the deck, or invite friends to chill by the fire pit and cook on the grill. ***30 day minimum
Fred and Meredyth are a proud owners of two homes in the Poconos. We love the outdoors and having mountain hideaways we can run to once in a while. The rest of the time, we are delighted to share the experience by hosting. We call our homes the "Sunset Marina" and "Castle Blackberry". The Marina is named for its private dock and the beautiful sunsets you can see from house and dock alike. The Castle is named because its architecture, inside and out, is reminiscent a fairytale castle.
The house is in the quiet Sunrise Ridge community of Jim Thorpe, very near the Bear Creek Lake community.
