The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests where they can enjoy the accommodation with the utmost confidentiality. Waiting to hear from us by phone to define the details of your holiday, we inform you that it is possible to organize everything you want, such as transfer service, daily cleaning or home cook. In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us for any kind of information. An operator in charge of the reception will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 00:00) and check-out (from 7:30 to 09:30). An extra payment of 25 euros is required for late arrivals (from 0:00 to 8:00) or early (before 7:00) or late (after 10) departures. The jacuzzi is cleaned before arrival. It is mandatory to wash before entering the tub to prevent sand or other debris from clogging the pipes, compromising the functioning of the jacuzzi. Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival. Bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost. Air conditioning: extra cost to be paid weekly directly on site according to consumption. Free cancellation as indicated here on Booking. In case of cancellation within the terms, the deposit paid will be refunded. Only bank commissions will be retained in the event of a deposit payment by credit/debit card equal to a maximum of 2% of the amount paid.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a strategic position. In addition to being in one of the most evocative points of southern Salento, precisely Punta Ristola, a renowned and famous location for its "swimming pools" of Leuca, the position allows you to easily reach other Salento locations in a few minutes by car, such as the beach of Felloniche or the beautiful San Gregorio Bay. Nearby there are also nice and elegant clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, all within easy reach. Last but not least, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the fascinating seafront of Leuca, embellished by the reflections of its wonderful lighthouse. It will be a pleasure to give you all the info about the neighborhood, the places and the most beautiful beaches to visit in the surrounding area.
