A house for nature and ocean lovers, with the possibility of taking surf lessons and renting surfboards and wetsuits (preferential rates for tenants). RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Max capacity: 8 people. The owner, Eric and Stéphanie and their daughter live in a small outbuilding at the end of the garden. The house and its terrace are for the sole use of the tenants. You will enjoy an environment-friendly habitat, Charté Tourisme Durable, and a large garden with its organic permaculture vegetable garden, a beautiful terrace and a plancha. Quiet neighborhood, we come here to relax. The positioning of our surf home is ideal for shining towards the mythical spots of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton. We also offer tai chi chuan lessons.
When I work, it's to pass on my passion for surfing and tai chi chuan; when I welcome guests or travel, it is to discover new cultures. My whims, the quest for the primary forest, the discovery of virgin surf spots, to learn new languages.
Quiet and ideally located area, where everything can be done on foot: immediate proximity to the Etang Noir reserve, the Skate Park, cycle paths and all shops. Bus stop and cycle paths close to the house. Nearby beaches (5 minutes by car) of Seignosse, Hossegor, Capbreton.
