The house is surrounded by a very large garden facing the lake. The central location of this property allows you to enjoy easy access to Annecy but also the villages and shopping of Menthon St Bernard and Veyrier du Lac (both located 1.5 km) Description of the cottage : Surface area of the house : 140m2 - Closed garden : 3.000m2 adjoining a garage to store your bikes. About Veyrier Du Lac… This typical Savoyarden village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. It’s three gras beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc). A nice walk along the lake will take you to the nearby village of Menthon St Bernard. In Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Annecy is just a few hundred meters away, easy access by a recent established bike path along the lake.
