The location is nice and clean. Place is near a very good restaurant "Cusine de Iloco". There is an outdoor space where you can have snacks and coffee. Thumbs up for the host. Even with a couple of hours notice, the host arrange a transfer out service for us upon our request. Will definitely stay here again for our future trips.

In this price range, I decidedly liked Riton Apartelle best. It's secluded enough for some quiet time (which is rare in Laoag), but not too secluded. It only took a few minutes on foot to good restaurants (near Northwestern Uni) and a co-working spot (with an outstanding cafe next to it). Price/Value is excellent imo.

Easy check-in, good communication from the hosts. The shower has nice hot water. Hosts left drinking water and coffee. The bedroom has a powerful A/C. Location is also good. There’s a 7-11 and a nice local restaurant one block away (called Personaz). The neighborhood is safe and was walkable to downtown area.
