Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely clean flat located in Ostia. Easy to walk everywhere. The host Emiliano and Claudia the lady who does the cleaning are very friendly and helpful. On the day we booked in the hot water started playing up. We dropped him a text and he was at the property to sort out the water in literally 5min. He definitely looks after the place and his customers. Will be definitely be using again next year.
