( don’t forget to-bring your own beach towels) lounge chairs and beach umbrellas are on the beach no additional cost our favorite part of this quaint small beach was the cafe Mila !!! it’s right there and has everything. drinks cafe…great food. service is excellent a very nice warm breakfast was cooked to order

Το Holiday Park Olive Tree βρίσκεται στο Ulcinj και σας προσφέρει μια ρομαντική, μαγική απόδραση στο αρχαίο ελαιώνα του Ulcinj. Stunning cabins with truly exceptional views. Lovely breakfast; eggs, salad, local foods, all so beautifully cooked, fabulously tasty. Wonderful staff. Outdoor pool was so clean and had an exceptional view over the sea. It was so peaceful, the sounds of nature are all you can hear. Paradise on earth. The staff were also exemplary; we have a four year old who can be a picky eater. They were superb with him. He would run to the lady, Sylvia, whenever we came back from town to show her his shells or purchases. She and all the staff were the personification of excellence. We were truly sad to go (but have just booked our flights for our second stay in a couple of months, so we are very excited to come back!) I would also say, as a teacher with a level and gcse students about to sit exams, who have been sending work to mark during the holidays via email and Microsoft teams which I have accessed seamlessly, thank you for the excellent WiFi which was quite necessary during the Easter holidays. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Το President Bungalows and Apartment περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και απέχει μόλις 150μ. από μια βοτσαλωτή παραλία. Προσφέρει καταλύματα με δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας γευμάτων, κλιματισμό και δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Exceptional location, near the beach (3 min on foot) , yet quiet during the day and night. Fantastic garden in the olives, suitable for families and group of friends. Owners are really helpfull and super friendly. The venue is dog friendly. We enjoyed spending time at this fantastic place.

We had lovely time in Irina's place, it felt like home. We recieved help from Irina and her family when needed, thank you for the car ride to Bar!! Enough space and privacy on a balcony upstairs to enjoy the view while drinking coffee. Kitchen fully equipped. AC working. Very clean This place definately made our stay in Utjeha better Spasiba Irina, hopefully we meet again👋👋🙂 A big plus is that on the way to the beach you have local bakery, and Food house (fast food) and groccery store - that we used every morning. After that 5 minutes down you meet the sea. Very easy

Το Apartments Beho παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi, κήπο με βεράντα και θέα στον κήπο. The apartment is super comfortable with all neccessary utilities. The staff is extra careful and helpful. You have market, bakery and othe shops very near. We had a super pleasent stat.

Μέσα σε ένα μεγάλο καταπράσινο πάρκο, μόλις 100μ. από τη διάσημη παραλία Utjeha, το Apartments Aura προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα καταλύματα με δορυφορική τηλεόραση και μπαλκόνι ή αίθριο. Friendly and helpfull host and his wife. Bungalow was really clean, well equiped, air condition was wonderfull during hot days. Outside area was really nice, the olive trees gave us some shadow that help us to rest. Great place for families who like to spend nice, calm time. Location is close to the main beach, but we've found the small, not so crowded beach near the apartment. Highly recommend, for sure we'll get back in the future.

Some 25 min walk to the Copacabana beach, choose car. Hosts hospitable and at your service. Rooms spacious enough with a balcony and outside porch. Highly recommend.
