As previous reviewers note, the neighborhood is not hip but the inside of the house is refurbished and clean. Everything in the house worked as it should. There's nothing to complain about. It's an incredible value.

A really sweet little cottage in a beautiful village. It has been obviously been newly renovated and the best use made of the space available. Great size bathroom with walk in shower. Good size galley kitchen and a cosy living area. A double and single bedroom upstairs (be aware that in keeping with the vintage of the property the stairs are not for the faint hearted but there is a good sturdy handrail). Clean throughout and with all the usual amenities. Parking to the rear of the property. The highlight has to be the gorgeous cottage garden which is enclosed and was absolute heaven for my two dogs. The host Lee is super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend and hope to return for more that two nights next time.
