These chalets are amazing. Location is great and it was really comfortable for a family of five. We were really lucky and saw the northern lights in santa claus village but when we got back to the chalet we were treated to an amazing northern lights show! The kids loved sledging around the chalet. There is a really nice restaurant within a short walk and we ate there both nights. Can't wait to return.

Great location in the middle of the woods, cosy, very comfortable, sauna. Great bed. Very nice place. Nice big window with view on the forest. Very peaceful. Wish we could stay longer. Everything was perfect.

El Foxtail Apartment està situat a 1,5 km del Arktikum Science Centre i a 7 km de l'oficina de correus principal del poble del Pare Noel, i disposa de WiFi gratuïta i jardí. Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

Hosts (Paulas and Laura) were contactable throughout our stay and answered all our questions timely. The pin code to the place were emailed to us prior to our arrival and even though the check in time was not until 3pm, hosts allow us to drop our luggage first. And on the check out day, host allow us to keep the luggage till 2pm as we had planned to visit Santa Park in the morning. We are so grateful for that. When we arrived the first day, the place was already heated up nicely. We came from Santa Claus Village and felt so cold and so to arrive with a heated place like this was just heavenly! The place is very clean and comfy and very warm. We walked around in our thin pjs and some of us bare-footed. The sauna is heavenly. Lots of places to hang our coats and ski attire. The drying room (sharing the same place with the washing machine, drying machine, sauna, bathroom and toilet) is good place to hang your damp jackets from snow play :) The 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children age 11) shared the entire home and really like the place. My kids love the smart TV. Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. We prepared simple breakfast and dinner with the fully functional kitchen. There were many sledges sitting outside but unfortunately excursions took out most of our time and so we had no time to explore the lovely front and back yard. oh yes, Villa Artic Light is really quite near to Santa Park. We booked 2 taxis to bring us there.

The Cabin was spacious and clean, and it was very comfortable staying there. There was a kitchen complete with cooking equipment, with plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, so you can cook your own meals and keep your costs down. There’s a coffee machine too. If you book airport transfers with them, they will take you to the supermarket first before proceeding to the Cabin so you can buy everything you need. The hosts Jaana and Mika were very kind and gracious. They even allowed us to check out late for free when they learned that our flight would leave at 6:00pm. If you’re thinking of spending time in Lapland, stay at Polar Aurora Cabins. You will not regret it.

It is a luxurious and spacious house with three bedrooms, a large sauna and a balcony with a wonderful view. It is an amazing location, as if it were a legend. Our group consisted of two families with children, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely return to this house if we were to return to Lapland.
