Boasting a PS4, the spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms with a hot tub and a bath. The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a terrace with outdoor furniture as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

Everything about Villa Lapis was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would want - good-sized, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, towels, utility room with washing machine and dryer, well-furbished kitchen with everything that you could need, large living room with super comfortable settees, great pool and patio area with comfortable sun beds and beach towels provided. Good WiFi and all the TV streaming services. Large parking space. Very clean. The owner was there to meet us and showed us around. Also bought basic provisions for us as it was a bank holiday when we arrived which was a great touch. A very delicious homemade cake was waiting for us. She was extremely helpful throughout the week helping us with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She also came to see us when we left. Top service. The location was good too - only 2 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk into the town of Otis which was lovely. Loads of activities to do in the area - zip wire, white water rafting, jet skis, ATV tours, river cruises and only 45 minutes from Split to get the boat trips to the islands.

The Villa was perfect. It looked exactly like the photos & better. It was extremely clean & they were very accommodating. We had a masseuse come in called Valentina who was amazing and would highly recommend. We also had chef Martin come in and cook us a meal, which again was incredible. The location of the villa was great with a bar across the road & a restaurant a 1 minute walk away. There was also a place up the road called Peakara that done fresh bread and croissants which was great for the morning. I’d highly recommend this villa.

A beautiful view from the terrace which had comfortable furniture...we lived predominantly outside. The pool was heated and swimming was possible even in early April. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped. The owners were friendly, helpful and had even left snacks on arrival. A wonderful villa.

    We planned a 7-day stay in Omis but decided to prolong it. The apartment is very cozy and it felt comfortable there. We liked the proximity to the old town and shops. One beach was right in front of the apartment, the other one was 10 min' walking distance. The app is equipped with everything one might need, and is very clean, with a comfortable bed, snow-white bedding, and towels. Our special thanks to the owners. Danko was very helpful. He provided us extra days and a free transfer to the airport. Thank you so much!

    Everything was very good and the hole apartment very clean. We was there for the first time, but surely not the last! The kitchen is fully equipped , air conditioning, beautiful view from the balcony. The staff very kind and friendly . It's close to the city and the beach. We even received pancakes from the staff and they were very tasty! Last but not least, for those who go by car is that the apartment has a spacious garage!

    I liked everything throughout my stay, the apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Hosts were exceptional, very lovely and even gave us a gift which was mesmerising. Apartment is also on the beach literally 1 minute walk through the stairs of the apartment and there you go, what's more you have the best view of the sea believe me.

    - spacious room, very clean and with an amazing view to the Adriatic sea, we had one of the best rooms (13th floor) on the corner, where the balcony was very big (olso with sunbeds) - shower and bathtube (suitable for 2 persons) in the bathroom - good and various buffet breakfast, good coffe - quality cosmetic products (Rituals) - nice and helpfull staff - very good cakes

    The accommodation is beautiful, clean and located 25 minutes walk from the center of Omis. The hosts are very kind, friendly, responsive and helpful. The wellness is very clean, equipped with all the tools to enjoy yourself and has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
