I booked this last minute and everything was ready super fast. Very good communication - could check in without an issue and had some nice recommendations. The location is very close to both the Citadel and train/bus. Clean, nicely decorated, had also a common balcony, some coffee and water. The host was also very responsive. Wholeheartedly recommend it
