Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. The location was fabulous, the garden and access to the beach was exceptional. The scenery was stunning, the welcome from Janice and Robbie was fantastic.

It was the best hotel that we have stayed during our Scotland trip. The room was so clean. Breakfast was so delicious and staff was so helpful. It was an exceptional experience to stay in Stonefield house.

The location and views from the balcony are kickass. It is a small hotel with only a few rooms, but the overall feel of the hotel was very nice and warm. The staff was also very sweet and helpful. We stayed on the ground floor room and the room as well as bathroom were very spacious. Walking distance from the central Portree area. Highly recommended hotel

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Carters Rest Guesthouse in Milovaig provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge with large sofas and a fireplace. The warm hosts make you feel welcome. The rooms are very nice and there are a lot of details in the B&B that make you feel special. The location is outside of the big tourist attractions which was for us a benefit. The breakfast is wonderful but what makes it at great experience is the option to eat in in the evening a la carte! They can make you unbelievable dishes (a star rating level). And they have a good car charger (32A/21 kW AC).

Loved staying here so much. The room was nice and clean, with a great individual bathroom. Was lovely to be able to relax in the communal living room as well, with a cozy fire and some card games. Also a great view from the living room, right off the water. Very good location, outside the busy area, but close enough to just nip into town for food. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay. Also would recommend getting the breakfast, was very fresh and good!
