Because I just wanted to find out some reasonable price staying out of Rome. But Every single thing what I faced was beyond my imagenation. Free huge parking lot, pretty garden, Super warm hearted hosts, and Room compacted size but equipped every facility for staying (TV, refrigerator, many towels, fast and strong wifi, hot water available restroom). Anyway staying in this place is was nice thing for me, because I could start my trip on Italy with very nice experience from here. :)

It's spotlessly clean and really well- equipped with everything guests might need. It's really spacious too. The hosts are fantastic: hospitable, polite and helpful. We spent a lovely week at Andrea's apartment. They also provide breakfast, Andrea' s sister made pies for us. If ever come back to Nettuno or Rome, will definitely stay here. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful vacation appartment with a large terrace where we ate our breakfasts. The best thing about the appartment are the lovely hosts Giorgio and Bruna.
