Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

The room service was very good. We had enough water, snacks, coffee and tea along with everything else included with the room. The location is perfect and the staff was kind and helpful. Their restaurant round the corner is also great. Thank you for making our stay so relaxed and comfortable! I can definitely recommend this hotel.

We had the best time in Bologna while staying in the apartments of Nino and Maria! The room was very clean, the towels were changed everyday and the hosts were so kind and always ready to help you! The location of the accommodation was very convenient and near the historical center! We hope to come back again soon!
