A lovely hotel on the border to Cornwall. Very nice rooms, and very clean and modern. The food was excellant and the hospitality from the staff was very comforting. Was made very much welcome. Would definately come back again.

A wonderful cozy hotel with a great location. I had a single room and it was perfectly equipped for me - a comfortable bed, a separate bathroom. The owners of the hotel, Sue and Rob, are extremely nice people. They have created an atmosphere in which you feel not as a client, but as a guest of old friends. I have never felt so comfortable in any hotel. I would be happy to return to this hotel!

I love this b and b. The owners are lovely, and the rooms are always spotless. The location is convenient, and the beds are comfortable. It's very quiet, and I'm returning next year. I didn't have the breakfast, as I don't eat breakfast, and wanted to get out to explore. Such a lovely place with exceptional owners, the best place in Plymouth in my opinion
