The property was excellently located in the centre - I had a walk of 5 minutes to Brighton to the conference centre. The property was exceptionally clean, fully equipped with all amenities and more than you could want. The area was surprising quiet for the city centre which made a good nights sleep. The host was excellent, they contacted me after the first night to make sure everything was going well and to check if there was anything they could do for me additionally.

Had the four poster bedroom with sea view and loved it. A bit run down, but utterly charming. Great mattress plus fridge and tea making facilities. Nice staff and quiet nights. Being a romantic you will start writing a novel in this room. Being a realist you might start a list of complaints. Great location. I will return.
