Lake front location, staff in the restaurants (X 2) were so so nice. The kids entertainment was great in the evening, it saved us, we would never usually be into that kind of thing but once the kids are happy you are happy! The new pool is amazing for kids, although very busy. Location is great, between 2 towns with ferry access. Supermarket on site well stocked. Bike hire on site was excellent, we hired for the 4 days.

Alexandra is a great host who makes you feel home away from home! We enjoyed a wonderful short-stay in one of the apartments of Cielo e Terra and fell in love immediately…everything was perfect 🤩 Will definitely come back soon to stay for at least a week.

Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was very nice. Room air conditioning system worked very well ( important as weather was very hot outside). Amazing sunset view from our room. Hotel had parking reserved for guests which was very convenient. Minibar was free and there is a nice spa. Great value for money. Totally recommend it.

Hostess was welcoming and helpful. Hostess has very friendly, wise and playful dog (for me it was really a bonus :) ). Close to public beach, town center, Bardolino harbour and public basketball court (also huge bonus for me). Overall - great for a long stay.

The location was super, everything was downstairs. Parking wasn’t that far, we walked there 6-7 minutes. We got a parking card from the owner so we got to park for free. Owner was also really friendly.

The Staff was exceptionally friendly and all around very helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and clean. The interior is well designed and the air conditioning was very useful.
