We loved every part of the experience. The property was beautiful with the sun setting by the vineyards, the view was breathtaking. They had an amazing selection of wines. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. You could just spend time walking around the property and soaking in the beauty.

Agriturismo Poggio ai Legni is set in Sovicille and has a private pool and garden views. It is situated 20 km from Piazza del Campo and provides luggage storage space. Sebastiano was an amazing host. the place is beautiful and the food we had there (dinner and breakfast) was also really good.

The location was picturesque, the gardens were beautiful, the rooms (and bathrooms) were modern, clean and well decorated, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

It was even more beautiful than we expected. Ana is really welcoming host, and an excellent cook. Breakfast was wonderful! We’re looking forward to coming back some day.

Better than the photos look, which is hard to imagine! It is so expansive and you really feel totally immersed in the Tuscan countryside. It feels very private and the sunsets are stunning.

Boasting pool with a view and views of pool, Tenuta Guardastelle - Agriturismo and vineyard is a farm stay set in a historic building in San Gimignano, 35 km from Piazza del Campo. We loved the very comfortable and homey accommodation, as well as their thoughtful selection of teas and snacks available all day. Speaking of delectables, we enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrasse where we had breakfast every morning. On offer was a great selection of pastries from a local bakery, the option to have eggs and bacon, a selection of cold cuts (as well as fruit salad, cereals and yoghurts for the more healthy food inclined) and a savoury offering that changed every day, as did Stefania's cakes - her biscotti justified the trip alone! We regret not having allowed some the time to attend a proper wine tasting session, but the wines we sampled from their own vineyards were delightful, especially the Chianti riserva. We had the good fortune of test driving their newly acquired ebikes, which enabled us to take in the gorgeous surroundings at a more leisurely pace. We particularly appreciated the very personal service from Fausto, as well as the handy map and restaurant recommendations from Claudia. The tenuta is fantasticly located: we walked to SG every evening for dinner, about 15 mins via a quiet and scenic back road, which meant we were both able to enjoy the fantastic local wines! In short: we can't recommend this place enough!
