Featuring a garden and views of garden, Naturresort FiSCHERGUT - Lodge Wolfgangthal is a farm stay situated in a historic building in St. Wolfgang, 49 km from Salzburg Central Station. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The farm stay also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We loved the location despite not having a car. We hired bikes from pro travel in st wolfgang, delivered and collected from door. We loved sitting on the terrace watching the wildlife. Sheep were an added bonus watching their antics in a morning! You will have to visit to see what we mean!

The Russbachbauer is a family-run holiday farm set is Russbach, 6 km outside of St. Wolfgang. Here, guests can choose between en-suite rooms and self-catering apartments with panoramic views of Mount Rettenkogel. The farm is home to cows, deer, rabbits, goats, and ponies. Pastoral area, just 10 min drive from st. Wolfgang that has cool restaurants and cafes. The apparent itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen had all the required equipment. The landlord lady was very kind and helped us in emergency situation over the weekend

Reiterhof Suassbauer is just 100 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 800 metres from the centre of St. Wolfgang. It offers a riding school and riding opportunities with Iceland horses. Each room has a balcony overlooking the lake. Beautiful location. Very friendly and efficient staff

Located in Upper Austria, 4 km from St Wolfgang, Paulbauer is a traditional farmhouse that offers apartments with satellite TV, a well equipped kitchenette and a balcony with beautiful mountain views.

A ski bus stops a 5-minute drive from the property. The nearest ski lift is 12 km from the farmhouse. During Christmas, guests can also visit the different Advent Markets located at Lake Wolfgang, just 5 km away. The distance to Bad Ischl is less than 9 km. We loved all of the animals, and the fresh food available for purchase. The location is great, just a short drive to Strobl and St Wolfgang.

The centre of St. Wolfgang is only a 5-minute walk away from the Altroiterhof. The Schafbergbahn (mountain railway) is 1 km away. Pictures don't do justice to the actual beauty of this place - it puts the phrase "picture perfect" to shame. My husband and I sat on our private balcony every day, in the freezing cold wrapped in duvets, mesmerised by how majestic St. Wolfgang and Lake Wolfgangsee are. We have very busy lives in London therefore wanted to start the new year on a relaxed note, and could not have chosen a better place. The Altroiterhof hosts are the friendliest people in the world. Not only did they insist on picking and dropping us to and from the bus station (they didn't want us to carry our luggage up and down a hill), but also left fresh bread rolls every morning at 8am sharp quietly outside our apartment. These were at an additional price from the local bakery, which we didn't mind paying at all. We were also upgraded to a nicer flat at no additional cost. Hosts were always on hand to answer any queries and the surrounding areas are SO beautiful. It was like a snowy fairytale - we couldn't stop marvelling at how unreal it looked. Most things were closed for the season which we knew of before we travelled and didn't mind - it was actually a lot of fun cooking in the kitchen and enjoying local walks and taking things slow. Cafes and restaurants were open sporadically so people can always find something open (including the local supermarket!). The accommodation is located on a hill though, so that's something to keep in mind for those with mobility issues. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return. The VITALHOF Archehof Eislbauer is located on the outskirts of St. Gilgen, surrounded by meadows and forests with a fantastic view of the mountains and Lake Wolfgangsee. The village center is a 10-minute walk downhill. This farm stands for regionality, seasonality and closeness to nature. The family is involved in a program to preserve rare animals and attaches great importance to ensuring that the products for the breakfast buffet come from farms that also take part in this project. Property is absolutely adorable, every detail was thought of. Many animals on the property (goats, chickens, bunnies, donkeys etc.). View is amazing! Our room and balcony were spacious. It is very quiet and you can truly enjoy the sounds of the nature. It's on the hill, but not a far walk from the town centre and restaurants (maybe 10 min walk). Town is nice and quiet but with enough restaurants and things to do if you don't want to leave. Property is small (just 4 rooms or so), so breakfast is partially a buffet - cold cuts are brought to your table, and the owner will ask if you want eggs. Nice selection for breakfast to include leaf teas! Owner is very friendly and gave us good recommendations for the area. We ended up staying an extra day! We will definitely be back in the area (already visited 3 times)!

Set in the Salzkammergut area, the Weinbachbauer is a working farm with animals in Sankt Wolfgang, 5 minutes’ drive from the shore of Lake Wolfgangsee and 6 km from Sankt Wolfgang. It features free WiFi. I enjoyed the beautifull mountain view and the birds song every morning.
