We booked this as it was close to the Periyar National Park. This was a lovely place to stay, with a really nice room and pool area. We also had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly.

The balcony was the perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds and monkeys (and even spot one every once in a while!). Kumari, the owner, was very helpful. The location is excellent - it is walking distance to the bus station and to the ecotourism office and meeting point for the activities in the park.

He arranged taxis, nature park and show tickets as well as showing us round his family’s plantation (you won’t need to go to any of the other spice farms!). The food made by his mum was delicious and the rooms were spotless. Our balcony view was gorgeous. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

It is a 5 acre farm of lush trees and plants. Situated just 3 kilometre drive from Thekkady Tourist Centre and away from the hustle and bustle of Kumily Town. This place is perfect for families as well as bachelors. We stayed here with family. Rooms are clean. The host cleared our doubts regarding the journey to thekkady Boat Booking and all. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. All in all a great place to stay.
