Tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. The room's bathroom had heated flooring, a nice touch especially since we stayed here during the winter months. Our room was equipped with a massive TV with free streaming services. Delicious breakfast included (you can order off the breakfast menu up to R190 per person). The on-site restaurant is tastefully decorated as well.

This was definitely a stay we will never forget. If we could give a rating higher than 10 then we certainly would. This is all due to the wonderful and fantastic Gale. She catered to our every need and want. She was there for everthing and made sure to make us feel very welcome. It is somewhere we will definitely visit again and somewhere we will always talk about.

However, we didn’t realise we had such a big accommodation. So much room and so much history in this beautiful house. We had a four poster bed! It’s very much furnished in the Cape Dutch style of the 1800s and quite breathtaking! Downton Abbey in the Cape! This is self catering and everything you need is here for a comfortable stay. ours was three nights but would have loved a week here. The garden surrounding the house is so beautiful - an amazing sight to wake up to. There are outside cooking facilities as well as inside and we made use of both. Sadly our age stopped us from exploring the hiking trails but highly recommended, either walk or bike.

Boasting mountain views, Pepper Tree Cottage provides accommodation with a garden and a patio. Loved this cottage. Equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again.
