The nice gesture at our arrival was that the owner (daughter) offered as an aperitif and she also gave us small presents (home-made bread - something like rolled grissini). The owners did not speak English, but the friend of the daughter arrived and helped with the translation. They also helped us a lot to find the premises (since we had some problems with the car navigation).

This is a magical place for resting and restoration. The gardens are lovely and the infinity pool is blissful. We arrived late and very stressed with Otranto traffic and had been let down badly by our last hotel. We were delighted to find this oasis. They welcomed us so warmly, made a late supper to order and were so kind. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and quiet. We had a private spa pool and a garden with comfortable chairs. The bed is massive and we slept so well. We added an extra day to our stay to relax and unwind at the pool cabanas. The staff are outstanding and Antony arranged a dinner reservation in Otranto- a miracle as it was Ferragusta! He also booked an ApeCar to take us there and back- no parking or traffic. The Hotel is minutes from beautiful Otranto and I highly recommend this lovely place to stay if you are visiting.
