Situated in La Spezia, 1.4 km from Castello San Giorgio and 1.5 km from Technical Naval Museum, Brezza d'Estate - L'Opera Group features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 1 km from Amedeo Lia Museum. The property is non-smoking and is set 700 metres from La Spezia Centrale Train Station.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location 5-10 minutes walk from the train station worked well for me, as I took the train every day. I was also within walking distance of the waterfront (15-20 minutes walk). And the host was very helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. In general, I found La Spezia to be a great location for visiting Cinque Terre and Lerici.

Unbeatable location and I enjoy being on a boat, spent many years holidaying on yachts and cruisers so I knew what to expect. It's a wonderful old wooden boat, the cabins and bathrooms are basic, don't expect luxury.

This place is not a luxurious place with many privileges, but it is a peaceful place by the mountain where I felt comfortable, and quiet. The staff are very kind and friendly, I simply felt at home. Some may think that I am exaggerating a bit, but this is the truth
