The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.

Staff were all so lovely and delivered us complimentary pastries before check out. Quiet and peaceful at night. Would stay here again.

It is quiet and peaceful at night and if you booked a room with an ocean view you can hear the breeze at night. There was enough parking spots and we felt safe leaving our car there and walking the 30mins to the old town of Nice. The rooms was very modern and the bed super comfy. We slept very well!
