Breakfast was excellent,great choice of fresh bread,rolls,pretzels and different homemade cake every day.Comfy beds and great size bathroom.We enjoyed tge swimming pool and saunas too.Our hostess took us to Kaprun glacier so we could safe time to get there. The property was excellent, really comfortable and with great facilities. it’s about a 15 minute walk into the town and longer on the way back as it’s uphill (we took taxis after skiing/apres ski) but it us worth it for the views. they are exceptional and some of the best I’ve ever enjoyed from a holiday property. right down over the lake with snow capped mountains in the background. the family were also really friendly and helpful.

We like the location a lot and stayed multiple times in this village, nice park, a couple of restaurants, always quiet in winter. The ski lifts are ca. 10 minutes by car. The property itself was clean, big and comfortable, we had everything. We would stay again in the future if available.

New furniture, very clean, all kitchen utensils included, very warm and quiet. The location is ideal, the center, ski lift and lake are all within walking distance. I forgot some of my things in the wardrobe and a couple of days later I contacted the owner, they returned everything to me!
