Everything about Villa Lapis was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would want - good-sized, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, towels, utility room with washing machine and dryer, well-furbished kitchen with everything that you could need, large living room with super comfortable settees, great pool and patio area with comfortable sun beds and beach towels provided. Good WiFi and all the TV streaming services. Large parking space. Very clean. The owner was there to meet us and showed us around. Also bought basic provisions for us as it was a bank holiday when we arrived which was a great touch. A very delicious homemade cake was waiting for us. She was extremely helpful throughout the week helping us with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She also came to see us when we left. Top service. The location was good too - only 2 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk into the town of Otis which was lovely. Loads of activities to do in the area - zip wire, white water rafting, jet skis, ATV tours, river cruises and only 45 minutes from Split to get the boat trips to the islands.

The Villa was perfect. It looked exactly like the photos & better. It was extremely clean & they were very accommodating. We had a masseuse come in called Valentina who was amazing and would highly recommend. We also had chef Martin come in and cook us a meal, which again was incredible. The location of the villa was great with a bar across the road & a restaurant a 1 minute walk away. There was also a place up the road called Peakara that done fresh bread and croissants which was great for the morning. I’d highly recommend this villa.

A beautiful view from the terrace which had comfortable furniture...we lived predominantly outside. The pool was heated and swimming was possible even in early April. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped. The owners were friendly, helpful and had even left snacks on arrival. A wonderful villa.

We liked the proximity to the old town and shops. One beach was right in front of the apartment, the other one was 10 min' walking distance. The app is equipped with everything one might need, and is very clean, with a comfortable bed, snow-white bedding, and towels. Our special thanks to the owners. Danko was very helpful. Beaches are amazing, with plenty of natural shade, immediately next to the hotel. Food was great too, enough choices, excellent value for money. We stayed at bungalow, furniture is a bit old fashioned, but everything was super clean, new and plenty of towels everyday, bed was new and really comfortable. A lot of happenings for kids (ie kids disco in the evening etc). All in all great, excellent value for money, we will come back next year for sure.MarijaFamily with young children
