The owner was extremely warm and welcoming. One morning, the chef wasn’t there, so a young worker offered to cook instead. Good location for walking to nearby areas of interest including a shopping centre.

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top (cash only it was 12 TL each) and goes to the marina (viaport mall) you can get off at the marmaray station if you want train into the city. It is very frequent and the bus stop is at the entrance to the complex. Migros jet is there too, but closes at 9pm. Local people were very helpful, just ask if you need to know where things are. We used Google translate a lot. We had dreadful weather for the last 2 days but went to Viaport by bus as there was shopping and loads of restaurants for us. If using the marmaray consider getting an Istanbul Kart for train, metro, tram etc, makes travelling easy. The city was about 1 hour away by train once you got to the Marmaray station. The local people are incredibly well behaved on public transport, very polite and we usually had a seat ( it’s busy and we are old!) we are not used to such behaviour, no one found it necessary to have loud conversations on their phone, eat drink and generally make a nuisance of themselves as is normal in the UK.

I only stopped for a few hours before catching a connecting flight, woukd like to come again and explore the area. There were lots of food places but nothing for a vegetarian mostky just meat, so I had to survive on just salad. Taxi is quite expensive, if you are staying longer might be better to hire a car, but driving in the European side of Istanbul is nearly impossible due to tight streets, tram line and unusuall lay out of roads.

Lovely beachside village, easy walks along the foreshore.
Lovely beachside village, easy walks along the foreshore. World class aquarium, but needed to insist on buying a ticket just for the aquarium as we did not want to see the animals. As a foreigner they only wanted to sell us a package ticket. Definitely frustrating. Fortunately not peak season, so was finally able to get a ticket to the aquarium only. Also a lovely park to walk around and many locals had a picnic on the weekend.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly, felt cared for and very happy! The reception kindly approved my early arrival and I was accommodated earlier. The breakfast was wonderful and very tasty, the chef was in the lounge keeps an eye on the guests if they are happy with the food. The whole hotel was clean and warm! There was also a free transfer to the airport in the morning. I am very pleased and satisfied!
I'm waiting for the next time I go to this hotel again!
Rooms were nice and clean. I love that they don’t have small disposable toiletries like most hotels. They have large dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner which is much less of a waste and more friendly to the environment. Employees were great and accommodating of any requests we had. Breakfast was excellent and they had a nice variety. The coffee machine was my favorite.
The hotel let me have a very early check in for free and quick service by Tolga.
The lounge and garden were superb.
Cleanliness, calm atmosphere and location.
Special thanks to Beyza at the reception.
The hotel is in the heart of Tuzla dining street and few minutes away from the waterfront and walkway.
The staff are very helpful , always smiling, rooms are always clean and neat , you get what ever you ask for in few minutes , it was my second time to stay in this hotel and will always be my first option whenever I decide to be there again.
The hotel is very clean and the staff wonderful, breakfast on the terravlce is amazing!! The location is also excellent if a little noisy for some people. The hotel Dog is amazingly sweet and always ready to be petted.
The staf was super friendly and helpful. They would arrange anything anytime. Super clean room and big this was my second time in this hotel and would stay again. Recommend it super.
Nice hotel, fine view even though it is close to the airport. And the location makes it a proper choice if you have to move from IST to SAW with a short snap in between
This is one of the best hotels in Tuzla. The staff are so professional. I liked the breakfast it was delicious and included many different choices of food.
