The gentleman on the front counter was delightful and went above and beyond to find us the last can of lemon drink in the vending machine! The location was great, the rooms were well proportioned with lots of cupboard space, older but very reasonably priced.

We had a beautiful and spacious room, it was nice to have dinner and breakfast included and the common room was nice too.

I got a traditional Japanese room, with a low table in the middle, low chairs and futon beds. The truth is that everything was incredible. We had all the comforts (full bathroom, with all the necessary items), very comfortable beds, good bedding, an electric kettle to prepare whatever we wanted, although even on the ground floor there was also coffee and water to serve. The facility has a public Japanese bath, which we didn't go to because it didn't catch our attention, but we saw that many people used it. To get to the place you have to walk about 20 minutes, something to keep in mind if you go with luggage.
The staff at the place was incredible, excellent treatment, very friendly and predisposed.
The breakfast is excellent, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and includes a refill of tea and rice.
If I go to Miyajima again, definitely I would go to this hotel.
