Rotana hotels are famous with good value of money. The staff was welcoming and courteous especially Hala and Mursi I guess ( the egyptian guy at reception) they made our stay smooth and unique, I will definitely come again in the near future as I have an event in August inn shaa Allah. Nothing we left straight away because it hadn’t even been cleaned from the last people who stayed, absolutely disgusting 🤮 paid £900 for 7 nights didn't even stop 1 night, their customer service is a absolute joke offered us £230 refunds 👎🏽 Thieves!!!

The hotel is fantastic value for money. The hotel is very very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. The pool and gym are a little small but for the price you pay you don’t expect an Olympic sized pool and massive gym. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in ‘fancy’ parts of Dubai that were not as good as this and paid double the price.
