Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

L'Hotel Porto Bay, is so fabulous with high level standard. The breakfast, dinner was great with everything and more. The chef knows how to prepare exquisite cuisine. The hotel treats every guest like it's a 6 star, if there's such, with royalty;they go the extra mile to please guests. They even assisted with resolving a matter with a shuttle service that wanted to double charge us. They are so accommodating even with the language barrier, one still feels at home. It is indeed a home away from home.

Spacious room with sofa. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom. Shower cabin was a bit tight. WiFi good. Breakfast had many choices, a live cook for eggs and tapioca. Friendly staff, attentive.

Location was central enough. A taxi rank on the cornet (a few yards down the street to the right from the entrance). The modest bathroom had everything I needed inside and was clean. The bedding was okay. The room was tiny but still boasted a wooden wardrobe and a good queen bed. The young guy at the reception helped me lift my heavy suitcase up the stairs (at the entrance). He was always there ready to help. Wi-Fi worked well.

Large hotel in a central location for São Paulo. The gym was large and open 24hrs. I chose a basic room due to the great 90’s styling / architecture. The room was well appointed and I loved the late 20thC styling. I hope the hotel keeps some of these rooms and doesn’t refurbish them all, as the new rooms look bland and generic, very footballers wives. (if you know, you know) a lot of Cabin crew from different airlines stay here, so great people watching at breakfast!

It was great for one night layover in Sao Paulo. The room is comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel shuttle bus took 5 mins and dropped me right to the airport terminal.

Our receptionist was extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese and he was extremely helpful and spoke fluent English with me which was a major help and relief. The porter was also extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the nearby Congonhas airport which is invaluable in Sao Paolo.

The room and the queen bed are a small but very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to the shopping mall was a good service. The driver was very nice and professional. I also like to garden. The pool looks nice. I wish I could take some laps, but it was cold and rainy day.
