Very well located apartment with very nice hosts. Tea/coffee is provided and there is a bakery service. The bus stop is around the next corner. We had a spacious apartment in the ground floor opposite the sauna which was very nice to have after a day of skiing.

Barbara our host was wonderful from the first contact onward, so helpful from directions, suggesting dinner locations and reservations to finding a taxi. The breakfast was outstanding, the bouquet of flowers on arrival, the afternoon treats, the views, the kitchen was great with heavy duty pans and pots, and all the items needed to make a great meal at home, a great coffee maker, toaster, soft boiled egg maker and even a soda maker (we did't use). rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the down comforters! Loved the showers with the local stone and the rain shower. We all loved the lay out of the apt, modern & clean, beautiful curtains, quiet, and nice little balcony overlooking the slopes. Great ski room with boot heaters and cubbies for helmet/gloves/goggles. Also liked the open space in front of the chalet. We all loved the location with ski in and out!

The chalet is very nice, the room was bigger than we expected and we even had a little living room with was great value for money. Breakfast was super tasty, fantastic banana bread. The real star of the stay was the staff! Dorte was so kind and extremely helpful and caring, she gave us great advice on where to go skiing and where to go out for food and she even gave us a lift to the train station with all of our luggage when the bus didn’t show up in time. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend. We will definitely be back!

Spa area is nice, adults only. Pool is not Olympic size, but big enough even for swimming. Ski lockers have heaters. Pleasent staff, very helpful and responsive. Shuttle from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn ski lift in mornings/afternoons is super useful, means a lot.

The pension was wonderfully clean and welcoming with hosts always on hand to help plus fantastic shuttle service to get first / last lifts. And the breakfast was worth getting up early for with magnificent choice to keep you going all day. Beds and linen very comfortable too so slept like a log.

Picturesque mountain views from the village, which is clearly a busy upmarket ski resort in winter. Friendly and helpful host. We had the whole house to ourselves for the evening, as it was low season.
