location of property was ideal with local bus stop just outside or took about 10 minutes to walk into the town centre ( bit of an incline on the way back) but nothing that should put you off. Hosts were welcoming, professional and very helpful.

    The property is very well maintained. The room was very spacious and very clean. We stayed for 4 nights and they cleaned our room daily. The location is close to a ski shuttle station which is free. The stuff is friendly and welcoming.

    Hotel right in the center of Kaprun. Everything within walking distance of 3 minutes, supermarket, bus, restaurant, cable car to Kitzsteinhorn. Excellent breakfast. Friendly host. The price-performance ratio is ok for me. PS: For the Czechs who keep complaining, see how much they want for a night's stay in Švýcárna in Jeseníky - 60 euros per night without breakfast, without a private bathroom in a dilapidated hut.

    Maria and her partner have provided an excellent space in an excellent location, that is excellently presented and very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and well laid out, I honestly couldn't fault anything about the experience we had there. She also helped on our final day in Kaprun by arranging a taxi for us which helped immensely. We would definitely return to her chalet in any future trips to Kaprun, 10/10 an excellent experience, Thanks again Maria! Ben and Louise.
