Previously we’ve stayed in Du lac du parc, Flora & other good hotels as well. This hotel exceeded our expectations, to be honest. The location is perfect, the room is always very clean ( special thanks to our cleaning lady ), the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is good. We also liked soundproof windows & balcony door ( as outside it can get pretty load due to park, beach and a playground for children )

There is a small yard so you could also seat outside comfortly, parking right in front the b&b (beware of the ztl signs!) and supermarket in just 2 mins walking distance. The place was very clean and bed was comfortable, as well as the excellent shower facilities. And of course Francesco was very communicative and super-kind, even letting us stay for extra 30 mins when we needed. grazie mille Francesco!!
