They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

Stayed one night before going to the Termales for a day, and it was the perfect location for that. The staff gave us a warm welcome, the room was a good size and very clean, and the hotel felt secure. We ate dinner at the pizza place downstairs which was great, but there was also a food market on the roof terrace! Overall great location and great value for money :-)

They contacted us prior to the stay and helped us organize several activities which we really enjoyed, such as: hiking, horseback riding and a trip to the San Vicente hot springs. The location is very calm and natural. The hosts are amazing and passionate about what they do. From the welcome to their guests to the details in the bedroom and the food they cook daily! It is just amazing, we even had a campfire one night and had great conversations, though I went solo, it felt like I was home. Thank you, Alejandra and Luca, I am looking forward to returning!
