Everything!!! This place is fantastic and the hosts made everything to make us feel special. We particularly liked here that you have the option to either order the food ready or order the food to prepare it yourself on the grill. We had so much privacy in our small area, it felt like a luxury glamping only for us two. The concept of the wagon instead of traditional tent felt also more luxurious and well maintained.

The staff were nice and polite, it was an added bonus having your food delivered to your room. There was more than enough extras if you needed them in your room and not too expensive either. The views from our room were great and there was a walkway leading to the lake and gardens, however the lake was dried out due to lack of rain fall. I would definitely recommend it if visiting Guatape.

The jacuzzi in paticular was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful. The views from the site are amazing. We thought the food was reasonable for the price. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The kayak we rented for free seemed fairly new.

The accommodations are nice and the jacuzzi was also great. The personnel was very friendly and attentive.

I loved the fresh fruit at breakfast. We got to watch a spectacular lightning storm over the lake from our private balcony. All rooms have balconies. This gives you time to be isolated, relax and to even feel luxurious in the wild by using the jacuzzi and watching the stars! 2 nights are ideal for this type of adventure. It is conveniently located close to the “rock” if you fancy climbing it. A much better use of your time is to wander the grounds of the property which are stunning. The staff are just incredible! Very kind and friendly. In particular the grounds keeper Luis. He is just a happy person who helps out wherever he can.
