5.6 km from Wat Phra Singh, CAMP CAYLA - EDEN is a recently renovated property located in Chiang Mai and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. It is set 6.3 km from Three Kings Monument and offers luggage storage space. Guests can access the luxury tent via private entrance.

Camp Cayla – Eden is such a beautiful and unique little paradise right in Chiang Mai. They only have two camps and we stayed at the larger one which is really spacious. It is a huge platform covered by a tarp, with two tents (one bedroom and one living room tent) and a very large, modern and clean private bathroom. Next to the tents is a seating area with a huge daybed next to a pond with a waterfall. You have even a wooden bathtub with hot water right next to the waterfall, which our son really enjoyed. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. The bedroom tent has a proper queen-size bed, bedside tables and a carpet floor. It has air conditioning and even an air purifier. The living room tent has a couch and coffee table, a smart TV and a free minibar and snack offering. If you are coming with 4 persons you can add extra beds in that tent as well. We spent most of the time outside relaxing on the daybed. We also ordered their BBQ dinner set which they prepare for us and we did the grilling ourselves. It included skewers with a variety of meat and vegetables, as well as salad, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, corn and home-made sauces which were very delicious. We also also order breakfast which will was served at the camp as well. They have a western and an Asian option. We tried both and we can absolutely recommend them. Camp Cayla is located in Suthep a very nice neighbourhood with artisan places, beautiful coffee places and restaurants. The artisan village Bann Kang Wat is right next door and you can walk there easily through the back entrance. Also just a few meters away is the Lamour café, a charming restaurant with great food. Wat Umong, one of the oldest temple in northern Thailand, is worth a visit too and only a few minutes away. We were so lucky finding Camp Cayla and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our son had lots of fun as well. Also their staff is very friendly and caring. They provided a great service and just rounded up the whole experience.

Very central location in old town - great for the Sunday night market. The room was nice with hot showers and views over the pool. The staff were helpful in providing recommendations for day excursions.

The staff here are lovely and very helpful, Uom (so sorry for our terrible Thai pronunciation) cooked amazing breakfast, chatted with us in the morning and helped us when we needed to get to an atm. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and loved being woken up by the wildlife in the mornings, the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable with your own private balcony at the back that looks out onto the fields and a small stream. There are ducks and so much wildlife to spot too

Gord Nuea is a cosy well maintained boutique house. Rooms are cleaned daily, nice hot shower, fresh towels every day. What we liked most was the hospitality of owner Nom-she is amazing- and the outdoor areas. Enough space to sit outside and enjoy the freshly brewed coffee of Nom’s husband. Gord Nuea has a very welcoming vibe. Very much recommended.

Everything was really great: location was very comfortable, with good parking inside the yard, even though it is not too far away from city center, but located more far away from main streets so you really don’t feel and hear the city noise. Some comments says the pool is in bad condition - we didn’t notice that. Staff was always helpfull, there was always an open area with complementary tea, some fruits and thai deserts, also the breakfast menu was wide and good.
