I requested an upstairs room and we were given one in the middle of the upstairs balcony, perfect! Being able to sit outside our room and watch the harbour was delightful. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful booking a boat trip for us and providing any information we needed. Everything in St Augustine is within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
